 AVI factory was established in 1985 in Dammam producing the full range of fireproofing under license from WR Grace and Co USA. since 1988 over 8 million bags of fireproofing have been applied to over 500 major projects throughout region protecting all types of building from hospital to petro-chemical plants

In addition to fireproofing products, AVI manufacturers vermiculite perlite, firestops, acoustical spray plasters and full range of horticultural soils. AVI is also main supplier of instumescent coatings for the protection of steel structural up to 2 hours.
